Tour Description
The journey begins in the morning in the small fishing village of Fumba, where we set sail towards the Sandbank island. On this white sandy island in the middle of the ocean, there will be time to relax, swim, sunbathe, and enjoy tropical fruit. Throughout the day, with the rising tide, this charming island will submerge under water. However, we continue our journey and stop at a coral reef rich in marine life. This will be a perfect moment for snorkeling enthusiasts to float above the water and observe the underwater world.
After this active time, we head further and dock at the uninhabited Kwale Island.
Here, many attractions await us, including the chance to see the giant baobab tree. If you're lucky, you might find giant coconut crabs living inside its hollow trunk. You can also climb the tree for a spectacular view from the top. Walking barefoot on the warm sand, we will explore the island's mysterious corners.
There will also be time to enjoy a delicious tropical lunch consisting of local Zanzibar delicacies: coconut milk rice, grilled fish, lobster, octopus, squid, chicken with various sauces, along with water and tropical juices. Refreshed and well-fed, we set off on the boat, making a stop at a picturesque lagoon surrounded by beautiful natural scenery with rocky formations and mangrove forests. The ocean water in this place is calm and warm, inviting for a swim.
Our sea adventure is slowly coming to an end. As the sun sets, with a light sea breeze, we gaze at the endless emerald ocean, slowly sailing towards the shore... "Pole, Pole."
Happy, relaxed, and with beautiful memories, we arrive at the village.
